Hope the training is going well, I just got back from a great weekend in Canmore at a coaching conference where I had the opportunity to talk to all of the top coaches in Canada.
Training these days is really important, this is when we lay the foundation for the next 6 weeks.

Training this week
Wednesday Hardwood 5-6:30 - Group workout - (running, strength, plyo and flexibility)
**Saturday Midhurst 9 am.** Change of plan, I would like everyone to race the MEC trail race on Saturday, here is the online entry that is due by May 11

Training Plan
Training this week is very similar to last week for structure, I have increased the long distance workout by 30 min and added another workout for most. We are ramping the hours up slowly at this point, if you are having trouble let me know so that I can make adjustments
