May 30 to June 5

Hi All

Thanks for the great training camp on the weekend, it was Hot but everyone seemed to survive and we got all of the training sessions in.

I will be in Ottawa this weekend, but Bella and Madi will be running the Saturday session which will be group roller ski.

Saturday - 9am at Hardwood Distance Roller ski
