What a great weekend, I am super happy with the testing and look forward to seeing the progress through the summer.
This week I would like you to do an hour a day of cardio, if you want to do strength then that is cool but just see if you can get up to an hour a day.
If you want to go and do long bike rides that's good too, just make sure that you do some activity on the other days too.
Training this week
Saturday 9am - 12pm - Madi and Kieran will be taking the group for a mountain bike ride at Hardwood, if you don't have a bike I believe that Hardwood rentals are open.
