June 13 - 19

Hi All

Thanks to everyone who showed up for parking, it was a great day and we raised a lot of money for the club.

I know that most of you are heading into exams over the next 2 weeks, please make sure you make school a priority.

Getting plenty of rest and recovery will help with your exams as well as your training.

Team Training this week

Wednesday Hardwood 5pm - Roller ski and strength
Saturday Hardwood 9am - distance roller ski  Due to exams, this Saturday and next weeks practices are cancelled

**Practices will resume after the canoe trip**


Strength training this week - for this you will need a medicine ball and a wall or partner

Bozu ball medicine ball slam 10
Transverse Wall Toss - 5 per arm
Transverse skip slam - 5 per side
Medicine ball get-ups and slam - 10
Push-ups 10 explosive
Incline pull-ups - 10
Plank - 60 sec
Plank - 1 arm up - 20 sec
Plank - other arm up - 20 sec
Plank - one leg up - 20 sec
Plank - other leg up - 20 sec
